KELSAY VALLEY TRAILHEAD CAMP 

Located along the Wild and Scenic North Umpqua River where it rushes through a lush high Cascade meadow. Spring arrives late in the high country and it is welcomed here with an explosion of colors. Purples, reds, yellows, greens, and white are arranged in a riotous bouquet. 

Directions: 
Located 74 miles east of Roseburg on Highway 138, turn north onto Road 60, the Windigo Pass Road. It turns to gravel but it is a nice road without much washboard. Proceed 4.5 miles to a 4 way crossing take the little red dirt road to the right which gets to camp in one mile at the end of the road. There are no actual horse camp signs until you are at the camp.
